This is a straightforward patch-level dependency update generated by Renovate Bot, bumping three Verify packages from 31.13.2 to 31.13.3:
VerifyVerify.NUnitVerify.TUnit
All changes are confined to Directory.Packages.props, which is the correct place for centralized package version management in this repo.
The update is consistent (all three packages move to the same version, as expected for a coordinated Verify release), and auto-merge is appropriately enabled for this type of patch update.
